He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sr and Gertrude Nicely, Sr. (Hughes); his son David E. Nicely; and his siblings, Harry Nicely, Jr., James Nicely, Franklin Nicely and Maxine Beck (Nicely).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Nicely (Bowers) of Anderson; his daughters, Deborah Nicely-Neal (Gary) and Deanna Nicely Birky; his granddaughters, Doranda Nicely (Jeremy Key) and Dawnielle Benitez (Alexander M.); his great grandchildren, Sydmund Felton, Lillian Nicely-Key, Olivia Nicely-Key, Connor Remington and Brianna Remington; and his siblings, Charles H. Nicely and Mary Jane Russell.
