She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Smith and Mabel Smith (Keller); and her husband Donald Cookman. She is survived by: her children, Bryan Cookman of Anderson and Beth Glynn (Fred) of Carmel; her grandchildren, Jama Ott (Ryan) of Pendleton and Jayda Glynn of Carmel; and her great grandchildren, Keira and Gabriella Ott.
