He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Julie Middleton, Joani Jenkins (Matt), Jacqueline Leonard (David) and Jason Tuck; his stepchildren, Melanie Woolward (Chris), Uriah Armstrong (Jen) and Crystal Armstrong (Drew); his sister Frances Garrett (L. C.); his sister-in-law Diana Tuck; his stepgrandchildren, Cailin, Parker, Truett, Elianna and Tobias; his grandchildren, Nikki Scruggs, Ashley Jenkins, Sean Middleton, Ben Spangler, Abby Jenkins and Jonathon Leonard; and his great grandchild Phoenix Hull. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
