She is survived by: her husband Phillip Powell; her daughter Shelly Wagner; her stepchildren, Bruce Powell (Teresa), Kim Creager (Rodney), Melinda Spangler (Brett) and Brad Powell (Holly); her grandson Bradley Wagner; and her sisters, Lois Justice and Donna Riddle (Paul). She is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
