She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, August Christensen and Emma Christensen; her husband Frederick Wilt; her daughter Christina Lipka (Edward); her grandson Andrew Barnett; her siblings, Norma Christensen, Irene Hall (John) and Albert Christensen (Jean); her daughters, Barbara Bustion (Paul) of Anderson, Indiana and Candace Barnett (Richard) of Atlanta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Alex Lipka (Becky) of Urbana, Illinois, Olivia Bustion of Chicago, Illinois, Cassandra Leite (Walter) of Gainesville, Florida, Paul Bustion III of Anderson, Indiana, Annamarie Bustion of San Francisco, California and Lillie Marie Barnett of Athens, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Christina, Sigmund Lipka, Thomas and Jonas Leite; and her brother Donald Christensen (Janet) of Long Island.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to the Purdue University Women's Track and Field program or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
