She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Mott and Della Mott (Dross); and her husband Ralph Phile. She is survived by: her daughter Vonnie Scott (Jim) of McCordsville; and her grandchildren, Dr. Andrew Scott (Joi) of Sellersburg, Eric Scott of Pendleton, Carsten and Kaitlyn Scott.

Memorial contributions may be made to Park Place Church of God or ITown church, Olson Farms Campus.
