He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel, Sr. Norris and Hazel Norris; his granddaughter Ashley Norris; and his siblings, Samuel, Jr., David, Robert, Jack, Sr., Ruth Hebden and Dorothy Soverns.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Coon (Steve), Carla Patterson (Patrick), Todd Norris, Misty Stanley (Roy), Christy Vowell (Patrick) and Mecca Norris; his grandchildren, Matthew, Bryan, Jessica, Haley, Hayden, Jacob, Jaymison, Taylour, Kennedy, Austin and Makynlee; and his sister Roberta Drinkut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
