He was predeceased by : his parents, Elza Leroy and Olive Allender (Loucks); and his former life partner Phyllis. He is survived by : his wife Dolly Allender (Capshaw); his children, David Allender (Becky), Charles Allender (Irene), Carrie Whitley (Dave), Michael Henson (Nora) and Mark Henson (Gina); and his sister Sharon Kirby. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, a great great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
