Garrett J. Greene Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Garrett J. Greene (Anderson, Indiana), born in Sneedville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2020 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Greene and Dona Greene; his former wife Norma Jessup; his children, Larry Douglas Greene and Nancy J. Burke; his grandson Sean Burke; his siblings, Rector Greene, Claude Greene, Kyle Greene, Ruth Johnson, Minnie Hatfield, Hazel Baker, Alice Stubblefield and Emma Testerman; and his close friend Lillian Rusk.
He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret Guilkey of Lake St and Linda Willert (William) of St. Louis, MO; his brother Jimmie Greene of Leesburg, FL; his grandchildren, Mike, Scott, Shelley, Julie, Heather, Heidi and Jeff; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Lauryn, Jamie, Amie Marie, Mila and Ethan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in honor of Garrett may be made to Alzheimer's Disease Research Center.
