He is survived by: his wife Neeva Kaye Norris; his sisters, Betty Heenan and Connie Cox; and his nieces, Hollie Stokes (Randy), Tracey Rickmon (Orlandis) and Misty Clendenen (Ryan). He is also survived by 5 great-nephews and nieces.
