He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hukill and Verda Hukill; his wife Betty J. Powers (Smear); his daughter Kathy Christel; and his granddaughter April Garrett.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Powers, Joni Haley (Charles R. Webb) and Alan Powers (Beth); and his grandchildren, Scott Keegan (Amanda), Racheal Powers, Cherie Powers, Nikki Lee and Christopher Powers. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
