James E. Phillips Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Phillips (Anderson, Indiana), born in Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away on October 24, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lester Phillips and Alice Phillips (Whitson); his wife Shelba Phillips; and his brothers, Harold Phillips and Richard Truman.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Foreman of Indianapolis, Karen Collins of Anderson and Don McMillion of Anderson; his sisters, Helen Marshall (John) of Anderson, Barbara Singer (Dave) of Florida and Peggy Eldridge (Jack) of Pendleton; and his grandchildren, D. J. McMillion, Tiffany Foreman, Bobby Collins and Eric Foreman. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
