She was predeceased by: her parents, William Parson and Melba Parson. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Hoover; her daughter Charity Hoover-Walters; her grandchildren, Elianna Hoover, William Hoover and Sadie Walters; her siblings, Joyce Parson and Billy Parson; her nephews, Russell House, Jason Houser and David Houser; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Kirby and Danny Hoover. She is also survived by children and helped raise her granddaughters, and nephews.
