He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cook and Bessie A. Cook; his wife Barbara Lou Cook; his grandsons, Bryce Cook and Aaron Cook; and his siblings, Dick Cook, Keith Cook, John Cook, Frank Cook, Jim Cook, Carolyn Sue Campbell and Fairy Aynes.
He is survived by: his children, James Cook (Brenda), Lisa Stevens (Tim), Connie Harmon (Steve), Anne Badger (Tony) and Patty McPherson (Steve). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, nephews.
