It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Foley (Anderson, Indiana), born in Warrington, England, who passed away on September 1, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Otha Foley; her son-in-law Gerry Fredericks; and her granddaughter Julie Kappeler. She is survived by: her children, Jerome Fredericks, Foley Fredericks and Diane Fredericks; and her grandchildren, Mickey Shelton, Rodney Shelton, Foley Shelton, Angela Shelton, Butcher Shelton, Rebecca Shelton, Galvin Shelton and Kathleen Shelton. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul.
