He is survived by: his wife Judith Samuels; his children, Bob Shirley (Diana), Rick Shirley (Maria), Tim Shirley, Beth Lephew (John) and Becky Webb (Mike); his sister Jo Anna Myers; and his friends, Jeff, Patty Huntzinger and Amos Taylor. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
