He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Lee Ackerman and Mary Lyon Ackerman; and his sisters, Ruth Eileen Ackerman and Thelma Lucille Ackerman. He is survived by: his wife Jodelle Gross Ackerman (Jodie); his daughters, Jacqueline Esther Ackerman and Jessica Lee Ackerman; and his siblings, Dale Ackerman and Caroline Ackerman.
