He was predeceased by: his father John Riley Worsham Jr.; his grandparents, Anna Mae Worsham and John Riley Worsham Sr.; and his brother Richard Worsham. He is survived by: his mother Lannie D. Bair (Martin); his wife Theresa L. Worsham (Reason); his daughters, Betsy Cofer (Shaun) and Megan Worsham; his grandchildren, Emma, Grayson Cofer, Thurmas, Madge Reynolds, Heather, Keith Schweighardt, Buster, Carol Worsham, Fred Worsham, Emily, Nate Johnson, Zachary and Ali Worsham; his siblings, Becky Redding (Ray), Roy Dawes, Candy Bair, Lannie Wise and Liz Bair; his sister-in-law Dawn Kidd (Chuck); and his siblings' children, Adam Kidd (Kelly) and Erin Wallen (Kyle).
