He is survived by: his spouse Sonja L. Hines (Chambers); his children, Robin M. Hicks (Ronald) of Muncie and Michael Hines (Barbara) of Hartford City; his brother Charles D. Hines of St. Louis; and his grandchildren, Gwendolyn Hicks (Indianapolis), Morgan Hicks (Bloomington), Kristin Hines of Nashville, TN and Kathryn Hines (Bloomington). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
