She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalford Johnson and Ella Johnson; her sister Lois Aslinger of Indianapolis; her husband Allen Eugene "Butch" Fellows; and her grandson Chris.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny West (Regina Voelkel), Sherry Warner (Greg) and Robert Fellows; her stepchildren, Mark Fellows (Elizabeth) and Gianna Lynn (Edward); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Brittany, Tiffany, Zach, Keith and Joshua. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
