She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Hammond and Mildred Hammond (Eller); and her brothers-in-law, Terry and Ron Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Richard Wilson of Anderson; her children, Don Wilson (Cristi) of New Castle, Daniel Wilson (Michelle) of Anderson, Jeanie Wilson (Ken) of Jacksonville, FL and Julie Dawson (Mike) of Lafayette, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Alexis Wilson, Raquel Wilson, Sydney Dawson, Erin Wilson, Stephanie Schumacher and Curt Warner; and her sisters, Carolyn Gooding (David) of Anderson and Judy Nicholson (Don) of Fort Worth, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to Journey Church of Christ or Anderson Christian School.
