She is survived by: her children, Tim (Peg), Lori (Fred "Shorty" Forsyth), Leslie and Michael (Nancy); her grandchildren, Jason Chavez, Jennifer Chavez, Michael Forsyth, Matthew Chavez and Cameron Chavez; and her brother John "Jack" Croff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
