It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Scott (Anderson, Indiana), born in Alexandria, Indiana, who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldred Monroe Cunningham and Alice Virginia Cunningham Trout (Good); her husband Larry Richard Scott; her stepfather Arthur M. Trout (Bud); her sister Phyllis J. Weighous; her stepsister Joyce Ann Teague; and her granddaughter Peyton Rene Cox.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda McMahan (Monty) and Amy Cox (Tom); her grandchildren, Scott McMahan, Ricky Shackleford (Michael), Sydney, Faith and Mateo Cox; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Lane, Alexandria, Donna Welborn and Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces nephews, great nieces, great nephews; and many friends.
