He is survived by: his mother Elsa "Jean" Stallings (Rew) of Anderson; his stepfather Jack Lewis; his aunts, Delle of Australia, Johnston of Australia and Dawn Margaret Hunt of Australia; and his cousins, Sandy Potts, Kent Pauley, Angela Walker of Indianapolis, Debbie Walker of Anderson, Jenny White of Anderson, April Moore of Mooresville and Misty Nelson-Hanke.
