He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Bolin (Bell); his children, Kenny Bolin (Jennifer), Shawn Layton (Todd), Holly Gibson (Pat) and Christopher Bolin (Ami); his grandchildren, Cody Layton (Alicia), Jordan Gibson, Kenneth Bolin, Chelsie Layton, Josh Gibson (Lane), Angel Bolin, Josh Lindamood, Dakota Ballard and Hayden Ballard; his mother-in-law Delores Bell; his sister Pam Bailey (Jack); and his stepbrother Johnny Bolin (Robin). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
