She is survived by: her son Jordan Smith; her grandson Oliver Mullins; and her siblings, Kelly Jones (Johnny) of Anderson, Kristin Kidd (Mark) of Wadsworth, OH, Jay Hornocker (Debbie) of Lapel and Kirk Hornocker (Beth) of Sweetser. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
