He is survived by: his spouse Stephanie Westrater (Wiles); his children, Laura Wilkins, Chris Layton, Anthony K. Westrater, Larry Westrater, Jr. (Linda Moore), Lanny Westrater (Aimee), Ashley Walker, Makaya Westrater and Shayla Westrater; his granddaughter Morgan Westrater; and his sister Betty King. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
