He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Vance and Rose Vance (Surper). He is survived by: his wife Carol Vance (Buntin) of Anderson; his sons, Patrick Vance of Orlando, Jay Vance (Stacie) of Westfield, Jim Vance (Kris) of New Palestine and Trent Vance (Kristy) of Fishers; his grandchildren, Evan, Jaycob, Tori and Emma; and his sisters, Nancy Duckworth and Jayne Pierce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
