He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Margaret Parker and Scott William Parker; his brother Michael Parker; and his former wife Joyce Parker. He is survived by: his wife Diane Parker (Ratliff); his siblings, Jerry Parker (Beverly), Charles Parker (Brenda) and Neldra Boling (Gary); his children, Teresa Parker, Karen Gibson and Scott Parker (Paula); his stepdaughter Emily Sexton-Razor (Chris); his son-in-law Stuart Austin; and his sister-in-law Jan Parker. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
