He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Leffel and Catherine Leffel (Sherry); and his son Thomas Leffel. He is survived by: his wife Freida Leffel (Sigmon Silvers); his children, Laverne "Jack" Leffel, Jr. (Brenda) of Fredericksburg, VA, Steve Leffel (Jamie) of Chesterfield and Jean Settlemyer (Leonard) of Anderson; his stepchildren, Rodney Silvers (Terry) of Anderson, Debra Case (Steve) of Muncie and Mike Silvers (Denise) of Danville, IN; and his sisters, Wilma Gerard and Barbara McGuire. He is also survived by several grandchildren, step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
