He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patsy Cheever; his sister Pat Leisure of Anderson; his son Phil Penrod (Beth Ann) of Pittsburgh, PA; his daughter-in-law Debbie Penrod of Anderson; his grandsons, Phillip, Jim, Taylor Penrod of Anderson, Eric and Alan Penrod of Pittsburgh; and his great grandchildren, Seth and Ethan Penrod of Anderson.
