It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Flatt (Anderson, Indiana), born in Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on September 30, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Guffey and Nora Gorbett (Hiten); her husband Charles W. Flatt; and her brother Melvin Hinton. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Devore and Selina Huston (Bill); her stepdaughter Charlene Butcher (Rex); her brothers, Steve Gorbett (Donna), Danny Gorbett (Vicki), Everett Gorbett (Vickie) and Rick Gorbett (Dorothy); and her grandchildren, Victoria Davis-Padron (Jose), Ryan Devore, Tera Ramirez (Mario), Kayla Marquez (Alex), Christopher Huston (Megan), Marcy Butcher and Amanda Butcher. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
