She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frazier and Gladys Frazier (Branch); her brother Donald Frazier; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Frazier, Joan Frazier and John Rothert; and her nieces, Kami Frazier Brown and Dana Madden.

She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Frye-Anderson, Nancy Bailey-Middletown and Tammy Matheney-Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Ashley McClendon Jackson-Indianapolis, Brittany Grinstead-Muncie (Kyle), Daren McDaniel-Middletown and Jonathan Matheney-Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Braylon Grinstead of Muncie, Kennadi Grinstead of Muncie, Noah Matheney-Indianapolis and Vincent Jackson III; her siblings, Rex Frazier, Danny Frazier-Anderson and Judy Schepis; and her close friends, Marie Fulton and Patsy Robbins.
