He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Breedlove (Virginia Breedlove) and Ginny Breedlove. He is survived by: his wife Candice Breedlove; his son Ned Breedlove Jr. (Julie); his grandchildren, Mallory, Brooke, Gweneth and Lauren; his daughter Tiffany Rains (Dale); his grandchildren, Tayler, Ashlei, Dash, Dax and Addi; his son Justin Breedlove; his grandchildren, Chandler, Liam and Constance; his stepchildren, Wesley Bender and Kera Humphries (William); his stepgrandchildren, Amanda, Haylee, Xavier, Misty Pierce (Eric) and Heather Reger; his brother Jerry Breedlove (Melissa); his cousin Ken Butler (Denise); Greysen, Corey Carter, Clayton, Colton Pierce, Hunter and Hannah.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services - Anderson (504 W 9th St, Anderson, IN 46016). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
