She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Marie Cox and Harold R. Berry; her husband Wayne L. Hostetler; her son Gregory Kent Berry; and her brother Donald E. Cox.

She is survived by: her friends, Janet, Frank Burrows, Garland, Sharon Antrim, Maxine Crandall, Joan Krieg and Donnellyn Henson.
