He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene Lanning, Sr. and Agnes Louise Ramsey; his stepfather James Ramsey; and his significant other Penny Richardson. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Watson (Tom) of Chesterfield, Charles Lanning, Jr. (Arlene) of Anderson, Carmen Brown (Jeff) of Alexandria and Tina Johnson (Carl) of Anderson; and his stepsister Penny Hiner (Ray) of New Castle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
