She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Gaither M. D.; her parents, Jack Huett and Donna Lou; her sister Paula Hall; her brother-in-law Mike Raymond; her siblings, Jack Joseph (Donna Hall), Brazilian and Marivana Virga; her siblings-in-law, John and Christine Gaither; and her nieces and nephews, Michael, Ali, Jennifer, Jarrett, Hillary, Zachary, John, Juliana, Marisa, Brendan and Novi.
In the abundance of caution and recognizing that Pam would not want to unnecessarily expose anyone to COVID there will be no public visitation.
