He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Parkhurst and Pamela Meisner (Michael); his grandchildren, Dawn (DeWayne), Tommy, Trace (Evan), Lianne, David and Allen; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl York. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
