He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Jane Sowash and John Richard Sowash, Jr.; his children, Jasmine Sowash, Robert Casey Sowash and Tina Young; his granddaughters, Maryah Elliott La and Rayna Elliott; his sibling Lucinda Roe of Rick Sowash; and his stepsister Laurie Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins.
