He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Maria Puente-Segura; his wife JoAnn Verdin; his children, Carlos Verdin (Hannah), Marco Verdin and Isabella Verdin; his siblings, Teodoso Verdin, Raul Verdin, Moises Verdin, Olga Lidia Verdin (Panchita), Eva Verdin and Lorena Verdin; and his father Moises Verdin-Contreras. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
