He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Shepperd and Winnie Shepperd; his siblings, Sue Humble and Billy Shepperd; and his mother-in-law Margaret Steger.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Shepperd (McClurg); his daughters, Zella Fulp (Brian), Barbara Shepperd, Rachael Smith (Trevor), Lola Dobbs (Rodney) and Marly; his grandchildren, Joey Moss, Landon Chappell, Trenton Dobbs, Devon Heichel, Brandon Dobbs, Shelby Fulp, Zander Fulp and Brian Fulp, Jr.; and his siblings, Barb Lynn (Steve), Jean Sanders, Stella Broughton (Jack), Helen Fairchild (Ronnie), Elaine Wilhem, Kenny Shepperd (Jenny), Sandy Dawes, Lloyd Shepperd (Rhonda) and Lisa Zavogionnis (Jimmy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Madison County Humane Society.
