With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rufus Edward Wasson (Anderson, Indiana), born in Georgetown, Kentucky, who passed away on October 15, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Wasson and Mary E. Wasson (Sargent); his brother Garry Wasson; his son Donnie Wasson; and his grandson Donnie Wasson Jr..

He is survived by: his significant other Patti Latz; and his children, Lynda Wasson-Norrick (Brett), Lisa Coppess, Joe Wasson and Jed Wasson (Becky). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
