She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Oscar Hawkins and Laura June Hawkins; her children, Lisa Berryman (Nostradamus Edwards), Cindy Burch and Jeff Gross; her siblings, Bob Hawkins and Judy Gulley; her grandchildren, Ashley Ogburn, Anthony Ogburn, Brianna Cornwall, Taylor Gross and Jared Berryman; and her great grandchild Elijah Blaylock. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
