She is survived by: her children, Walter "Brooks" Rhodes (Lisa) and Lucinda Marie Doolittle; her brother James Gardner (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Christian Ty Gurtz Rhodes, Cassandra Brooks Rhodes, Opal Ilene Doolittle and Tyler Anthony Doolittle; and her sibling's children, Timothy Gardner and Catherine Gardner.
