He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Gentry and Katherine Gentry; and his sister Michelle Ritter. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Perkins (Benjamin) of Anderson, IN; his sisters, Marta Gentry of Anderson and Janna Ritter; and his granddaughters, Abree Perkins and Delanee Perkins.
