She is survived by: her son Stephen Douglas (Sarah); her grandchildren, Hannah and Samuel Douglas; her sister Jeanni Lewark; her sibling's children, Michelle Brown and Derek Lewark (Kelly); and her great-nephews, Josh, Kyler and Kaine Lewark.
