He is survived by: his mother Julie Polkabla of Anderson; his sisters, Kelly Rogers (Chip) of Indianapolis, Laurie Raper (Andy) of Anderson and Kathy Shell (Chris) of Batesville; his siblings' children, Kyra Kempher (Adam Hughes), Brooke Kempher, Avery Raper, Wesley Rogers, Katy Shell and Tristan Shell; and his friends, Dexter, Lila and Harrison.
