It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas William Chapman (Anderson, Indiana), born in Three Rivers, Michigan, who passed away on August 26, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Chapman and Elnora Chapman; his brother Don; and his daughter Tamara. He is survived by: his children, Stacy and Jeff; his grandsons, Drew and Brenner; and his siblings, Linda (Glen Vance), Gary Chapman (Reggie), Kathie Ruth (Jim) and Ron Chapman (Liz).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Eastview Church of the Nazarene, 2552 East 200 South, Anderson, IN 46017.
