It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Emily Oaks (Anderson, Indiana), born in London, London, who passed away on July 14, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Smith and Ellen Smith (Barry); her significant other Seabert Oaks; her children, Barry Oaks (Jana), Terry Oaks, Leonard Oaks (Janet) and Susan Oaks; and her sisters, Eileen Court and Maureen Hallum. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
