He is survived by: his wife Joanne Harvey; his children, Theresa Barber (Kenny Craig), Richard A. Harvey (Kelley), Randal T. Harvey, Daniel D. Harvey (Zherling), Patrick T. Harvey (Angela), Timothy G. Harvey and James D. Harvey; and his siblings, Gerald Harvey (Elka) and Beatrice Taylor (Ray). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
